A different kind of string quartet!

The Celli Quartet is different from most classical string quartets as its formed of 4 cellos! The unusual ensemble combines classical training from the Royal Academy of Music with new musical arrangements, giving classical music a striking twist. Their repertoire varies from Vivaldi to Robbie Williams, and Tchaikovsky to Michael Jackson, and is constantly expanding.

The combination of a traditional background and a fresh approach to quartet playing, along with the fabulous sound of four cellos makes the quartet extremely versatile and popular with a wide audience. The sumptuous instrument is enjoyed in all its glory by this quartet, who look and sound fantastic.

Forming after studies at the Royal Academy of Music the quartet had the clear aim of providing a unique music entertainment group. As a fresh alternative to the traditional string quartet, The Celli Quartet offers musical and visual impact and adds something different, special and memorable to any event.
